Yo no sé tú, pero yo cuanto mayor me hago, menos me gusta el desorden en casa. Supongo que será algo relacionado con la edad, y una de las consecuencias de tener una familia grande. Mantener las cosas al mínimo también es tendencia, y eso me gusta. Vivimos en un mundo tan rápido que da vértigo, tanto en el mundo online como offline, por lo que crear un espacio tranquilo y relajado en algún lugar de la casa puede ser reconfortante y tranquilizador para todos.

Con esto en mente, he reunido una pequeña colección de obras de arte minimalista, que espero que sea de interés para niños pequeños y grandes por igual. ¡Diviértete!

Simple, uplifting and sunny – love this new A3 print from Zlesa on etsy

 I don’t know about you, but the older I get the less I like clutter at home. I guess it’s age-related, and one of the consequences of having a big family. Keeping things minimal is also on trend, and I like that. We live in a fast-paced, ever-stimulating world, both online and off, so creating a quiet, pared down space somewhere in the house can be comforting and calming for everyone.

With this in mind, I’ve put together a small collection of minimal artwork, which will hopefully appeal to little and big kids alike. Enjoy!

Me encontré con esta nueva lámina en la tienda  Moderna Museet  de Estocolmo recientemente y me encanta. Los gráficos simples en negrilla pueden ser adecuados para cualquier habitación de bebé, niños o adolescentes, e incluso quedaría muy llamativo en nuestra cocina!

I came across this new poster in Stockholm’s Moderna Museet webshop recently and love it. The simple bold graphics would suit any modern nursery, child’s or teen’s room, and would actually look quite striking in our kitchen!

Bunnies, pigs and horses – HAM have something for everyone! I discovered HAM’s screenprints a couple of years ago and still find them amusing. The bunnies have received good press, and are widely available online, but why not pick a partying pig for a change, they’re fun!

Me encanta esta pieza simple y colorista realizada por Caro-Lines que se presenta en diferentes formatos, ideal para alegrar la habitación o el espacio común en casa de cualquier niño pequeño.

Scandinavia is an obvious place to look for modern, black & white artwork. The Nordic Design Collective has some fantastic products by upandcoming and well-established artists, makers and other creatives. I love this simple, colourful piece by Caro-Lines which comes in different formats, and is sure to brighten up any young child’s room or communal space at home.
